A man was today arrested here and two kgs charas and 160 gm heroin, worth about Rs 85 lakh in the international black market, were seized from him, police said.
Mahendra Mishra was arrested during a joint operation by police and Crime Branch, they said.
The accused has confessed that he used to sell the drugs to foreigners, they said.
