A man has been booked for allegedly harassing a minor girl at Pursari village here, police said today.
A case has been registered against Ghamandilal for misbehaving with the 8-year-old girl on July 16 following a complaint by her family, they said.
As per the complaint, the accused caught hold of the girl and misbehaved with her while she was passing by Pursari village, police said.
The girl's family also alleged that they were threatened by the accused when they questioned him about the incident, they said.
No arrests have been made in the case, police said, adding the investigation was on.
