Police today registered a case against a youth for allegedly kidnapping a minor from Bhal Majra village here.
Lakhbir Singh (20) allegedly kidnapped a 17-year-old girl according to a complaint by her father, police said.
The accused allegedly kidnapped the girl by promising to marry her, they added.
