A man has been booked for marrying for a second time here without divorcing his first wife, the police said today.
A case has been registered against Manoj Kumar, a resident of a Anand Vihar here, for remarrying on the basis of fake divorce documents, they said.
The police said based on the complaint lodged by the father of Kumar's first wife, the accused's parents have also been booked.
