A 30-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself as he was upset over his sister's love marriage in Sunghadi area here, police said today.
Abhilash yesterday hanged himself from the ceiling of his room in Puranmal locality when he came to know that his sister married a man from another caste, they said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem, police said, adding the matter is being investigated.
