Nazim, a resident of Mustafabad, fell to death from near the mediation centre in Karkardooma court complex at around 10:30 am, police said.
He was taken to GTB hospital where he succumbed to his injuries at around 11:30 am.
A senior police official suspected he was pushed to death and "we have registered a case of murder".
