A man was found dead and another in
an unconscious state after being attacked and dumped by unidentified persons here this morning, police said.
A manhunt has been launched for the assailants, who dumped them possibly from a car near Saket Grounds here in the wee hours, they said.
The unconscious person was admitted to the Civil Hospital for treatment. Once he regains consciousness we will be able to get details about the incident, they said.
The deceased had a rope tied to his legs but there were no injury marks on his body. He had been identified and his family contacted, police said without divulging details.
