A local court today awarded life imprisonment to a 36 year-old-man for killing his two minor sons in February 2012 by pushing them into river in Jasdan town of the district.
Additional sessions judge P S Brahmabhatt in Rajkot district sentenced Prabhat Sarvaiya to life imprisonment, after convicting him of killing his sons Akash (12) and Prakash (9) on February 2, 2012.
According to police, Prabhat was short-tempered and jobless.
He was arrested on the basis of a complaint of his brother Lavji Sarvaiya.
