A youth was allegedly hacked to death by his father over some family dispute in Shahganj area in Sonbhadra district, police said here today.
The incident took place in Umrikalan village last night when Dilip (19) was killed by his father Jogendra Singh while he was sleeping, they said.
The accused has been arrested and a case registered against him, police added.
