A man has been arrested for murdering an 18-year-old boy with whom his cousin was having a love affair in Itawa village here, police said today.
Sachin, who went missing 10 days ago, was found dead in a field with injuries on his throat earlier this week, they said.
During interrogation yesterday, the accused, identified as Ankit, confessed that he along with three others had hacked Sachin to death as he disapproved of the affair, SHO of Budhana Police Station Arun Tyagi said.
While Ankit was arrested yesterday, the three other accused are still absconding, the SHO said.
