The accused Rampal(55) had raped the victims, aged 11 and 13 years respectively, on Monday while their mother had gone outside for a work, they said.
Later, the girls told their father, a vegetable vendor by profession, about the incident following which a case has been lodged against the accused.
Rampal, who is a gardener, was arrested this morning while the further probes are on, they added.
