Man held on charge of bestiality

A 25-year-old man was arrested here today on the charge of bestiality.

The accused, a resident of Sukhpuria village on Tonk road, was caught when he was committing the crime at around 2 AM today, police said.

The accused barged into a house and did the unnatural act with a two-and-a-half-month-old calf, they said, adding he was caught and handed over to police.

A case of unnatural offences was registered against him and was later arrested, Investigating officer, Pratap Nagar police station, Bharat Singh, said.

The IO said medical examination was performed both upon the accused, who works as a labourer in a factory in Sitapura area, and the animal.
 

He will be produced in a local court tomorrow.
