A man who had allegedly kidnapped a minor girl from Badarpur area and raped her for around a month has been arrested from Bihar's Mujjafarpur district, police said here today.
23-year-old Ranjan Singh alias Bahirav was nabbed from Husepur village by a joint team of Delhi and Bihar police officials, they said.
He was produced before a court there and his transit remand was obtained.
"We have received a complaint from a 17-year-old girl on July 15 who said that she was kidnapped on June 18 by Singh, who repeatedly raped her at different locations over a period of one month," a police officer said.
