A middle-aged man was
injured when a bomb exploded at Bhatpara in the Mangalkote police station area of Burdwan district today.
The police said that Tarun Samanta (42) went to a pond to take a bath when a bomb kept inside a sack exploded after his feet touched it.
The man was admitted to the Bardhaman Medical College Hospital for treatment.
