two grown-up daughters jumped to their deaths from a high rise in Kolkata, a share broker followed suit in neighbouring Baguiati in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal.
Sushil Kejriwal, the 40-year-old share broker climbed to the roof of the five storied building from his second floor apartment and jumped to his death in the afternoon, police said.
Locals heard the thud and rushed to the spot where his body lay.
The man, who is survived by his wife and child, died on the spot, the police said.
Investigation into the incident is on.
