A 28-year-old man allegedly murdered his wife and brother-in-law over some dispute in Alinagar village in Mahuli area here, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when one Jaiprakash attacked his wife Ranjana (24) and brother-in-law Himanshu (13) with a sharp-edged weapon after having some dispute, Superintendent of Police, Shailendra Kumar said.
Both the injured persons were rushed to a hospital, where they died during treatment.
Police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
