Man kills wife's aunt in AP

A man allegedly killed his wife's 76-year-old aunt and injured her grandson today at Gandhinagar area here.

One G Malesh killed P Tulasamma reportedly over family disputes, Madugula police station sub-inspector B Shekar said.

Malesh married a speech impaired women G Seethamma around 12 years back and he has been harassing her over petty reasons, he said.

During a village panchayat, Tulasamma and few others admonished Malesh, following which he developed a grudge against her and few others, the officer said.

This morning he attacked Tulasamma and her grandson P Chittibabu. While the woman died on the spot, Chittibabu sustained injuries and was admitted to the hospital, he added.
 

A case under relevant sections of IPC has been registered in this regard and efforts are on to nab Malesh, police said.
