Rajesh Gulati (32), a driver by profession, suffered 90 per cent burns and was rushed to Coronation government hospital where his condition was stated to be critical, they said.
In his police statement, Gulati said he had an argument with his 24-year-old wife at his Panditwari residence here following which he strangulated her and their three-year-old son and set them on fire. After that he tried to commit suicide by setting himself ablaze.
