A petition has been filed before the Delhi High Court accusing the Delhi government's Director of Education of "illegally and unjustifiably" denying admission to three siblings in a Sarvodaya school.
The petition, which is likely to come for hearing tomorrow, seeks direction to the Director of Education and also the Principal of a Rajkiya Sarvodya Kanya Vidyayalaya, Nangloi Jat in west Delhi to immediately grant admission to the three minor girls.
The petition has been filed by Hari Ram, the father of the three girls.

Ram's daughters were earlier studying in a private school in Bhadurgarh and had passed fifth, third and first grade in in academic year 2012-2013.
