Police today arrested an alleged impersonator posing as the Personal Assistant of an Akali Minister's son.
Claiming that he was the PA of Jagroop Singh Sekhwan, son of former minister Sewa Singh Sekhwan, Joban Preet Singh, a resident of Dhariwal Kalan village, produced a fake letter of Sekhwan and asked for a mobile phone from a shop at Lakkar Mandi, police said.
The shopkeeper got suspicious and informed the police who reached the spot and arrested him.
