The house of a 54-year-old man was allegedly burgled in the Golf Links locality here, police said today.
"An FIR has been registered at Tughlaq Road police station and investigation has been taken up. No arrests have been made so far," said a senior police officer.
Rajender Prasad Mittal in his complaint claimed that he spotted the thief who had entered his house by breaking a lock of the main gate of first floor around 3.30 AM on May 15.

He claimed that the thief had a normal built man with cropped hair and must have been aged around 25-30 years.
The complainant reported a theft of Rs 2,000 from his purse and that of Rs 1,000 from the wallet of his daughter.
In April, three thefts were reported in Golf Links locality within a span of few days.
The house of a senior citizen was burgled on April 21. The thieves had allegedly managed to steal Rs 20,000 cash and some other valuables.
