Man sentenced to a year in jail for cheating let off

Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Anju Bajaj Chandna let off North Delhi resident Satyawan Pawar, saying there was no dishonest inducement on his part and no case of is made out against the accused.

"No dishonest inducement on the part of accused is made out. It is only that accused provided the services to the complainant and got him a job with Delhi Metro at the post of helper and accordingly amount was paid by the complainant.
