Additional District Judge (ADJ) B B Lal passed the order convicting Lakhan Bhuian to lifer after finding him guilty in the murder of a contractor Mundrika Yadav.
According to the prosecution, Bhuian had shot dead Yadav in Emjamura village in Sirdala area on November 19, 1995 following a contract-related dispute.
