Fast track court-I judge K M Tiwari passed the order sentencing Bharat Sav to life imprisonment after finding him guilty of murder of his wife Umesh Devi two years ago.
The judge relied on deposition of Sav's daughter Shobha, an eyewitness, in convicting him.
According to prosecution, Sav had killed his wife with a crowbar in Bhojdih village under Arariai police station area on July 9, 2010 following a dispute.
