Snatchers shot at and injured a man when he tried to stop them from looting a woman in a market here.
Four snatchers tried to snatch the woman's jewellery last night at Pari Chowk area, but when she raised an alarm some shopkeepers came for her rescue, police said.
When the shopkeepers intervened, the snatchers fired at them in which a man was injured, police said.
Agitated over the incident, the shopkeepers blocked traffic at Pari Chowk, demanding arrest of the accused.
