A 42-year-old man and his teenager son were killed after being hit by lightning in Kamlapur area here.
Raju and his son Pankaj (14) were killed when lightning struck them in Hariharpur Jamarkha village last evening, sources said today.
The bodies were sent for post mortem today, SDM Sidhauli Mritunjya Ram said.
District administration has sanctioned a compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh for Raju's family, sources said.
