A man allegedly stabbed his
20-year-old son to death in an inebriated state in Turtipur village in Nakhasa area here, police said today.
The incident occurred yesterday when Arkan came home drunk and started beating his wife. When his son Faizan intervened, his father stabbed him, they said.
Faizan was admitted to a hospital in serious condition, where he died during treatment.
Police have launched a manhunt to apprehend the man, who is absconding.
