A man was strangulated to death allegedly by his neighbours over construction of a toilet in Aurai area, police said here.
Dhar Das Bind (50) was strangulated by his neighbours over construction of the toilet in Mednipur village yesterday, they said.
Police said that an FIR has been lodged and efforts were being made to arrest the accused.
