Four children were killed and two others including a man bringing them back home from school on a motor-bike injured when a sand-ladden lorry hit the two-wheeler near here today.
The man was riding the bike with the five children, said to be studying in primary classes, when the mishap occurred, police said.
Three of the children died on the spot while another on the way to hospital.
The other injured child and the man had been hospitalised, police said.
