Sunil Kumar, who is allegedly involved in 28 criminal cases, was apprehended from Fetehpur Beri yesterday, Chhaya Sharma, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), said.
He was allegedly involved in 28 cases of theft, snatching, robbery, attempt to murder and Arms Act and was declared Proclaimed Offender in seven cases by the court.
