Dhian Singh Mand, who was appointed Jathedar by the 'Sarbat Khalsa', today asked people to boycott Lieutenant General (Retd) Kuldip Singh Barar and former Punjab Police Director General KPS Gill for their role in the army action on Golden Temple in 1984.
Mand told media here he has also asked Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal to produce a comprehensive report on the Bargari village sacrilege incident last year.
Mand was appointed acting Jathedar of Akal Takhat during the 'Sarbat Khalsa' last year.
