Manjari Fadnis plays housewife in 'Grand Masti'

Actress Manjari Fadnis of 'Janne Tu Ya Jaane Na' fame is essaying the role of an ideal housewife in upcoming adult comedy film 'Grand Masti'.

Manjari is best remembered for her role as actor Imran Khan's simple and easy-going girlfriend Meghna in the 2008 romantic comedy film which did well.

Now she has been paired opposite Aftab Shivdasani in the sequel to the 2004 hit film "Masti".

Donning saris and wearing 'sindoor', besides other items associated with traditional housewives, Manjari will be seen in a desi avatar of a dedicated housewife, who takes care of everyone in the house.

Directed by Indra Kumar, 'Grand Masti' brings back the hit trio of Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Shivdasani. The film will hit theatres on September 13.
