"The Prime Minister should not wait till corruption charges levelled against him are proved. He should immediately quit public life," Bharti told media here yesterday.
The BJP leader was here to participate in a function.
The Prime Minister had said that he will quit public life if Team Anna's charges of irregularities in allocation of coal blocks when he held the portfolio are proved.
