Mansoravar murder case: Five arrested

Five persons have been arrested for allegedly killing an octogenarian woman and her three daughters along with their security guard in their house in Mansarovar Park area here in October, police said today.

The arrests were made by the Crime Branch and robbery was stated to be the motive behind the crime.

R P Upadhyay, Special Commissioner of Police, Crime, said five persons have been arrested but refused to divulge further details.

A senior official said five persons arrested are related to the security guard, who was also killed along with the women and the killings were carried out with an intention to commit robbery.
 

The bodies of Urmila Jindal (82), her daughters Sangeeta Gupta (56), Nupur Jindal (48) and Anjali Jindal (38) and their security guard Rakesh (42) were found with multiple stab wounds on October 7.
