Getting a tip-off that the Maoist, Shyam Lal Yadav alias Dhananjaya, along with his associate was constructing house at Simlia area under Ratu police station, a police team went there and arrested them from the spot, sources said.
A country-made pistol and bullets were recovered from his possession.
