A Maoist leader, allegedly involved in 41 offences including 11 murders, and carrying a reward of Rs 4 lakh on his head, was today arrested along with three Maoists' sympathisers in Khammam district of Telangana, police said.
Sunnam Bojji alias Nageswar Rao, who was working as local organising squad commander and area committee member, was arrested from forest area under Cherla police station limits along with the other three, Venktapuram Police Station Circle Inspector Sai Ramana told PTI over phone.
"Bojji was involved in 41 offences including 11 murders of villagers and six exchange of fire incidents. He is carrying a reward of Rs 4 lakh. His wife Sridevi is also in Dalam," the Inspector said.
According to the police, Bojji had been underground for the past seven years.
