Maoists kill two persons in two days

A tribal was allegedly killed by Maoists today who suspected him to be a police informer in Dhanora taluka, police said.

The victim, Nandlal Meheringh Tekam (35), hailed from Rengagaon village, they said.

The Maoists went to Nandalal's house and took him to the nearby forest, where they shot him dead suspecting him to be a police informer, police said.

The victim's body was recovered today by villagers who intimated the Murumgaon police. It was handed over to his relatives after a postmortem, police said.

Yesterday, the Maoists killed one Arjun Penta Madavi (27), a tribal from Kalled village in Sironcha taluka suspecting him to be a informer.
