Mandi and Sundernagar received 9.5 mm of rains, while Pandoh and Sainj had 7 mm and 3 mm of rains, respectively.
Una was hottest in the region with the maximum temperature at 39.8 degree Celsius, while Sundernagar and Dharamsala recorded a high of 35.7 degree and 35.2 degree Celsius, respectively, followed by Nahan 35 degree, Solan 33.8 degree, Shimla 27.4 degree and Kalpa 22 degree.
Mandi and Nahan were hottest at night with the minimum recorded at 25.9 deg, while Dharamsala and Una recorded a low of 23.5 deg, followed by Palampur 20.2 deg, Sundernagar 18.8 deg and Shimla and Bhuntar 17.4 deg.
The local MeT office has predicted rains or thunder showers at a few places during the next 24 hours.
