Marginal rise in temperature in HP

The maximum day temperature rose to 22.8 degree C at Una which was hottest in the region, while Sundernagar and Solan recorded a high of 22.7 degree and 22.0 degree, followed by Bhuntar 19.6 degree, Dharamshala 17.4 degree, Nahan 17.0 degree, Shimla 14.8 degree and Kalpa 10.5 degree.

The sky remained clear in the region and maximum temperature stayed two to 4.5 degree above normal as sun shone over large tracts of land.

In capital Shimla, the minimum temperature rose marginally to a high of 5.1 degree, 3.5 degree above normal, while Dharmsala and Solan recorded maximum temperature at 6.2 degree and 2.0 degree.
