The actress, who confirmed her marriage to Ackerley on Instagram, opted to wear the cream lace, off-the-shoulder dress that her mother, Sarie Kessler, wore to her own wedding about 30 years ago, reported People magazine.
Robbie, 26, accessorized the bohemian look with a simple gold pendant necklace.
The "The Wolf of Wall Street" star's gown did undergo some alterations by an Australian designer.
Robbie is very close to her mother. In 2014, the actress paid off her mother's mortgage to her Southport, Australia home.
