Actor Mark Wahlberg is in talks to star with NBA superstar LeBron James in an upcoming basketball fantasy camp comedy "Ballers".

Wahlberg, 45, revealed on "The Tonight Show" that he was in discussions for the role during an appearance Tuesday, showing a photo of himself at Walhberg's house, reported Variety.

"He and I are talking about doing a movie together. It's actually a great idea. It's based around the fantasy league, so these guys get to go to one of these fantasy camps, and me and LeBron have a situation," the actor said.

The movie, set up at Universal and Imagine Entertainment, was first unveiled three years ago with Kevin Hart attached to co-star as the brother of an NBA superstar at a weekend fantasy camp. Hart is no longer attached.

"Entourage" creator Doug Ellin has come on board to write the script. Earlier drafts were written by Hart with Chris Spencer, Harry Ratchford, and Joey Wells.
