A 26-year-old married woman today allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling fan of her room in the walled city area here.
The deceased has been identified as Anjum Bano Qureshi, a mother of two children, police said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem and investigation is on to ascertain the reason behind the incident, they added.
