TV network HBO has signed a deal with the 70-year-old director for a documentary on the 42nd President of the United States, reported the New York Daily News.
The film will focus on Clinton's perspectives on history, culture, politics and the world.
"A towering figure who remains a major voice in world issues, President Clinton continues to shape the political dialogue both here and around the world," Scorsese, who directed a documentary about the life of George Harrison last year, said in a statement.
"Through intimate conversations, I hope to provide greater insight into this transcendent figure," he added.
The airing date of the film has not been announced yet.
