Veteran actor Martin Sheen is back home in time for the holidays after undergoing quadruple heart bypass surgery earlier this month.
The "West Wing" star's son Emilio Estevez took to social media to reveal his father was in recovery after checking into a hospital in Los Angeles for the preventative procedure.
"My Pop!" he wrote alongside a photo of Martin giving the thumbs-up from his hospital bed.
"Successful proactive quadruple bypass surgery this week! A great Blessing indeed!"
Emilio offered fans an update on his father's progress by sharing a picture of the 75-year-old from behind after being discharged from the medical centre.
"Look who got up and walked himself out of the hospital yesterday!" Charlie Sheen's brother captioned the Twitter post.
