Maruti-Suzuki India Ltd today launched its new premium hatchback Baleno in Jaipur.
"Baleno would be a global model to satisfy the needs of customers not only in India but also across the globe," Partho Banerjee, Vice President Sales and Dealer Network, said in a release.
The Indian government has always been supportive of bringing up the country as a production hub of small cars and now it was time to meet 'Make in India' expectations and Boleno is the first answer, Banerjee said.
