In restricted activity, masoor and its dal prices rose up to Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market today on mild demand from retailers.
However, other pulses in range-bound movement on little doing settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said some demand from retailers against restricted arrivals from producing regions mainly led to the rise in masoor and its dal prices.
In the national capital, masoor small and and bold edged up by Rs 50 each to Rs 5,300-5,600 and Rs 5,300-5,650 per quintal respectively. Its dal local and best quality also moved up by Rs 100 each to Rs 6,300-6,400 and Rs 6,400-6,500 per quintal respectively.
