The Mumbai Cricket Association today decided to donate Rs one crore to the Maharashtra Chief Minister's drought-relief fund.
"MCA managing committee at a meeting chaired by its president Sharad Pawar today decided to donate Rs one crore to the Chief Minister's drought relief fund," said the MCA vice president Dilip Vengsarkar after the meeting.
The state is facing a severe drought this year, with the Marathwada in Central Maharashtra being the worst-hit.
