A medical shop near Nashik Road area here was gutted in fire today, however nobody was hurt in the incident, police said.
The fire broke out in the wee hours. Fire tenders were pressed into service and fire was brought under control in an hour, Nashik Road police station in-charge Narayan Nyahalde said.
Prima facie, short circuit could be the cause of fire. Goods worth Rs 7 to 8 lakh are destroyed in the blaze, police said.
