Medium intensity quake hits Indo-Bangladesh border

A medium intensity earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale today hit the Indo-Bangladesh border.

According to the National Centre for Seismology, the earthquake occurred at 3.42 PM at a depth of 8 kms. The epicentre of the earthquake was on India-Bangladesh border.

There were no immediate reports of loss of life or property.
