Actress Meg Ryan is all set to serve as the director for romantic comedy "The Book".

Set in an original publishing world, the film will see Ryan, 54, re-teaming with Delia Ephron, reported Variety.

The duo previously collaborated on the 1998 romantic comedy "You've Got Mail."

The actress made her directorial debut last year with "Ithaca," a coming-of-age saga about life on the home front during World War II.

The plot of the film to be written by Ephron has not been revealed yet.

Ephron's credits include "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," "Bewitched," "Mixed Nuts" and "Michael".
